Dots mark recorded locations; lines join nearby observations only. A gap means the route was not observed. Phone GPS cannot establish which field operation was performed: task descriptions are your entries. Indoor or stationary work may have little usable GPS.

Add phone photos or video clips to the selected time card. Your phone may offer its camera or photo library. Copies stay on this device until you choose to share them.

Up to 20 files, 50 MB each and 150 MB per shift. Trim larger videos first. Ordinary JSON backups do not include media; download the media archive too. Original files may contain location metadata. Added time does not establish when a photo was taken.

Save & share your record

Shifts are saved on this device. Download a backup before clearing browser storage or changing phones. There is no cloud sync.

Text opens a summary draft; choose a recipient and press Send yourself. To include files, prepare the package then choose Messages or another app from your phone’s share menu. Messaging apps may reject ZIP files or large videos; download the package or attach original files manually instead. Farm Time Card cannot confirm delivery.

Email opens a draft in your mail app. Attach your downloaded report or PDF yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.
