- Press Start work. Enable GPS separately if you want a route.
- Keep the page visible and screen awake while recording GPS. Try the Keep screen awake button where supported.
- Press Finish work, review the time card, then save a backup or share your report.
- Close the browser when finished. Closing the page does not clock you out.
GPS needs this page visible and the screen awake. Switching apps, locking the phone, losing signal or closing the browser can interrupt recording. Missing locations stay missing.
Keep your records
Jobs and settings stay in this browser on this device. There is no account sync or cloud backup. Download backups before clearing browser data, changing phones or moving to a different website address. Photos and videos need the media archive as well as the JSON backup.
Voice recognition may need internet and browser support. Typed input and keyboard dictation are alternatives.
Optional home-screen shortcut
You can simply bookmark this website. If you prefer a shortcut, on iPhone use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On supported Android browsers use Add to Home screen or Install. This is the same browser app; it does not enable GPS with the screen off.
Offline files can be prepared while online. Voice and some connected features may still require internet. Save and export your own work.
